Responsibilities Be a team player in sharing responsibilites as needed in the daily routine. Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, ensuring they are inviting and well-maintained. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed. Use specialized cleaning equipment for floor care tasks such as polishing, buffing, and deep cleaning carpets or tiles to preserve their appearance and longevity. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards. Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of completed work. Experience Proven experience in hotelhotel housekeeping with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards. Familiarity with floor care techniques including mopping, polishing,etc using safe cleaning methods. Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry best practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service. Experience managing housekeeping tasks within a team environment is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
