Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Experienced Hotel Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet IHG Hotel standards within required time frames. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and organizing. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed. Ensure all floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning using industrial cleaning equipment. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution. Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Expertise in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning using industrial equipment. Knowledge of hospitality standards with an emphasis on guest comfort and satisfaction. Strong janitorial experience with the ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently. Familiarity with industrial cleaning supplies and safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude essential for collaborating with colleagues and supporting overall hotel operations.
