Borema-Hamm Agency - Fountain, MI We are a fast-paced, family-owned and operated independent insurance agency seeking a full-time, in-office Multi-Line Account Manager.With multiple lines of business and strong growth opportunities, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and wants to grow within the agency.Schedule & Work Environment:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM In-office position (no remote option) Small office setting - team coverage is essential What You'll Do:Service and manage an existing book of business Cross-sell and round out accounts across multiple lines (P&C focus) Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and renewals Build strong client relationships through proactive communication Support agency growth through new business opportunities Set goals as a team and work toward them together Requirements:Property & Casualty License (required prior to start date) 2-3years of insurance industry experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office Ability to problem solve and work as a team to cover all duties Additional Details:Minimal travel required to cover additional location (mileage reimbursed) Some down time during off-season requires creativity and ability to keep oneself productive What We Offer:Competitive pay (based on experience)- To be discussed with qualified candidates Paid Time Off (PTO) Simple IRA contribution Health, dental, and vision insurance Who You Are:You're reliable, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work.You communicate confidently with clients and understand the importance of being present in a team environment where coverage and collaboration matter.You are self-motivated and like to keep busy and are always open to continual learning and growth.Pay:$38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:insurance:2 years (Preferred) License/Certification:Insurance Producer License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
