Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. Duties Supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, ensuring smooth daily operations Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Implement and uphold food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations Train and develop staff on cooking techniques, food handling, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service standards Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure timely service during peak hours Monitor cash handling procedures and assist with financial reporting as needed Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences in casual dining or quick-service settings Requirements Proven management experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and budgeting practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles including shift management and staff interviewing Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service skills Experience working in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred but not required Knowledge of catering, banquet service, or hotel food service is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as our Experienced Kitchen Manager and lead our culinary team toward excellence!
