Crew Landscaper Location : Missoula, MT Type : Full-Time Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 7am-5pm Compensation : Starting at $26/hour (based on experience) Benefits Optional Overtime. Optional Aflac supplemental insurance available; employer contribution up to $50/mo with sufficient employee participation. Simple IRA available after one calendar year of employment, matching up to 3%. About the Role As a Crew Landscaper , you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our clients’ outdoor spaces to life. Working as part of a collaborative field team, you’ll help install and maintain beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes across residential and commercial properties. This is an active, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and seeing the tangible results of their effort at the end of each day.
