Job Summary We are seeking motivated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist's to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert lawn care, landscape maintenance, and tree care. Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment will ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy, attractive turf. Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation. Operate and maintain landscaping machinery such as excavators, snow plows, and other power tools safely and effectively. Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment. Install hardscape features such as flowerbeds, walkways, retaining walls, to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Assist with gardening tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper horticultural practices. Provide seasonal services like snow plowing,salting, during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Qualifications Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor service roles. Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools. Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care techniques. Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, excavators, and snow plows safely. Experience with tree trimming, pruning, and general tree care practices. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Being on time for your shift is a MUST. Communication is also KEY, when speaking with customers, or potential new customers. Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
