We are hiring an experienced, highly dependable LVN for a busy rheumatology infusion and wellness practice in Kingwood, TX.This is not an entry-level position.We are looking for someone who is confident, efficient, clinically strong, and able to work independently.The right candidate must be comfortable with IV placement, infusion support, patient rooming, injections, opening and closing the office, and following office protocols consistently.You will work closely with the NP and physician and play an important role in keeping clinic flow smooth, patients safe, and the office running efficiently.What we need Strong IV placement skills Experience in infusion therapy Ability to work independently Ability to open and close the office without supervision Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills Ability to move efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail Duties and responsibilities Room patients and prepare them for provider evaluation Obtain vitals, update medication information, and document appropriately Clean, stock, and turn over patient rooms Start IVs confidently and safely Prepare and mix infusion medications per physician order, protocol, and scope of practice Assist with rheumatology infusions and vitamin drips Monitor patients during infusions and notify provider of concerns Administer IM and SQ injections Assist the NP and physician with patient care and office procedures Set up, clean, and maintain the colonic machine Maintain inventory, supplies, and treatment room readiness Follow infection control standards and office protocols at all times Help maintain strong patient flow and daily clinic efficiency Open and close the office independently Required qualifications Active Texas LVN license in good standing Prior outpatient clinical experience IV placement experience required Comfortable with IM and SQ injections Able to multitask and stay organized Able to work professionally with minimal supervision Strong attendance and punctuality Preferred qualifications Rheumatology experience Infusion center experience Experience with biologic infusions Experience with vitamin drip / IV hydration therapy Botox and filler experience is a plus Benefits $27-$28/hour based on experience Discount on wellness services Major holidays paid 5 accrued vacation days Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to grow within a busy specialty and wellness practice Ideal candidate The strongest candidate will be someone who:Has excellent IV skills Can keep up with a busy clinic without needing constant direction Is comfortable supporting both rheumatology and wellness services Takes ownership of daily responsibilities Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented Follows protocols carefully and maintains a clean, organized clinical environment Apply Please apply only if you have strong IV placement experience and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient practice.When applying, include your experience with:IV starts Infusion therapy Rheumatology Vitamin drips / IV hydration IM and SQ injections Pay:$27.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Paid time off Experience:IV insertion:1 year (Preferred) Rheumatology infusion:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
