What You'll Do As an Experienced Macaron Baker, you'll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every macaron meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Your responsibilities will include Preparing, baking, and assembling macarons with consistency and precision. Measuring and mixing ingredients according to specific recipes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Monitoring inventory and ensuring ingredients are stocked. Collaborating with our team to meet daily production goals. Adhering to health and safety standards in the kitchen. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring the following: At least 1 year of experience in baking, with a focus on macarons or similar delicate pastries. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious treats. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs as part of your daily tasks.
