Experienced Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our facility and the condos in our community. The Maintenance Technician will help with performing basic maintenance and repairs to our building/condo's while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents. The Maintenance Technician will also help other team members to perform work as needed. Preference given to applicants with knowledge of OIG regulations. Physical requirements - ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly. Primary tasks include climbing ladders, paint and patch work, remove/install flooring etc. Apartment make ready or flip experience highly preferred, ability to work alone, experience in assisted living a plus. Schedule 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday; rotating on-call Additional requirements: Satisfactory background check prior to hire.
