Patriot Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to support our residential apartment units in Dubuque, IA and Platteville, WI.This role focuses on cleaning apartment units after move-outs and preparing them for new residents.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and consistently delivers high-quality results. Schedule & Hours Part-time position Up to 10-20 hours per week Schedule will be established after hire based on property needs and employee availability This position is part-time (maximum 20 hours per week) and is not eligible for company benefits.Hours will remain below full-time eligibility thresholds. Responsibilities Clean apartment units after move-outs to prepare for new residents Perform detailed cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and appliances Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash from units Wipe down surfaces, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances Assist with basic unit preparation and readiness for move-in Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Identify and report any damages or maintenance concerns Assist maintenance and carpentry teams as needed, including light painting, basic tasks, and occasional errands What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently without constant supervision.The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and able to complete work quickly while maintaining quality.Strong communication skills are important, as this role requires coordinating with team members and providing updates.We value someone who is organized, proactive, and consistently gets the job done.
