Experienced Part-time Server / Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Server Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and or, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to safety and health regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Skills Proficient in service techniques with a solid understanding of drink recipes and presentation. Knowledge of retail math for managing cash transactions effectively. Experience in catering or food service environments is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
