Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pizza Maker with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizza doughs, toppings, and ingredients following established recipes and quality standards Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all food items are prepared according to food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist in menu planning for pizza offerings, including specialty creations and seasonal options Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Uphold high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction Experience Minimum 2 years experience as a pizza maker in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of dough handling and pizza preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Consistent hours Friendly, team-focused work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement This position requires dedication to quality craftsmanship in pizza making, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.
