San Giorgio’s Pizzeria is a neighborhood favorite, known for our authentic, handcrafted pizzas made with love and cooked to perfection in our traditional wood-fired oven. We’re currently looking for a passionate and experienced Pizza Team Member to join our close-knit kitchen team. What You’ll Do: Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand to create artisanal pizzas from scratch Assemble pizzas with precision using fresh, high-quality ingredients Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven, managing temperature and cooking times to ensure perfect results Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently Maintain a clean and organized workstation Support other team members and assist with prep work when needed Contribute to a positive and energetic kitchen environment What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience making pizzas from scratch Strong working knowledge of wood-fired ovens and traditional pizza-making techniques High attention to detail, speed, and quality under pressure Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Passion for food, especially great pizza Bonus Points If You: Spanish and English Have experience in the industry Can handle a fast-paced service environment Are available evenings and weekends Perks: Competitive pay based on experience Staff meals during shifts Fun, family-style team culture Opportunity to grow with a respected local business To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief message about your pizza experience to sangiorgiospizza@gmail.com Join us at San Giorgio’s and help us bring people together—one perfect pizza at a time!
