Experienced Pressure Washer and Window Cleaner

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Pressure Washer and Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services for commercial properties, ensuring buildings and surfaces look their best while maintaining safety and efficiency.Your expertise in pressure washing and window cleaning will help enhance the appearance and longevity of our clients' facilities.This position offers an energetic work environment where your skills will make a visible impact every day.Duties Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces with precision and care.Perform detailed window cleaning on commercial buildings, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results.Use scissor lifts and other access equipment safely to reach high or hard-to-access areas for thorough cleaning.Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, securing equipment, and inspecting surfaces before cleaning.Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations during all cleaning activities.Maintain all cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition for optimal performance.Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Qualifications Proven experience in pressure washing, window cleaning.Knowledge of safe operation of pressure washers, scissor lifts, and other access equipment is essential.Strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.Excellent attention to detail to ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned without damage.Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.Must be able to work off a Ladder and is not afraid of heights Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person.
