In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a comfortable living environment for our clients.This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas Use appropriate cleaning techniques and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing hard floors Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy living environment Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing Experience 2 years of proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping.Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and janitorial experience preferred Experience sanitation procedures Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly advantageous Prior experience in customer service roles that require attention to detail and professionalism MUST have or willing to obtain general liability insurance and able to add company to policy MUST have reliable transportation and valid drivers license MUST be able to pass a background check Join us to make a real difference in people's homes!
