FLOOR MANAGER (NIGHT SHIFT) – AZTECA SOUTH BEACH Miami Beach, FL Azteca South Beach is a high-energy Mexican restaurant & bar located in the heart of Miami Beach, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Known for its strong atmosphere, live music, rooftop experience, and fast-paced operations, Azteca has built a loyal team and a strong reputation over the years. We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our night operations team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is serious, organized, energetic, and able to lead a strong team in a very busy environment. POSITION Night Shift Floor Manager Fixed schedule: Sunday / Monday / Tuesday Approximately 34 hours per week Stable schedule that rarely changes COMPENSATION Starting at $34/hour Performance bonuses available and realistically achievable WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2 languages required: English & Spanish Additional languages are a plus Strong floor presence and leadership Experience managing high-volume restaurants, nightlife, or 24-hour operations Ability to multitask under pressure Strong communication and team management skills Someone highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable enforcing procedures and maintaining standards consistently OUR TEAM You will be working with a young, highly trained, and loyal team that has been with us for many years. The operation is structured with many procedures already in place, and we are looking for someone capable of integrating into a strong system while bringing leadership, consistency, and positive energy.
