Responsibilities Bake delicious cakes according to the daily production requirements Ensure all cakes are produced with high-quality ingredients while adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating area. Collaborate with team members to fulfill special orders and seasonal promotions. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management. Participate in training new staff on baking techniques and food safety practices. Stay updated on industry trends in baking. Qualifications Proven experience as a retail baker. Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices. Ability to create delicious baked offerings using various baking techniques. Basic skills in kitchen operations, including the use of kitchen tools such as knives.
