Experienced Sales Arborist - Must Have Tree Estimating Experience

Evergreen Tree Services is seeking an experienced Sales Arborist / Estimator who can independently assess, price, and close tree work.We are an established company in the Portland metro area doing approximately $2.5M annually, with crews, equipment (including crane work), and systems in place.This role is for someone who can step in immediately and produce.Responsibilities:Meet with residential and commercial clients Assess tree conditions and recommend appropriate work Accurately estimate job scope, time, and equipment needs Close work and maintain strong client relationships Compensation:Commission-based (10%-16%) based on production Monthly bonuses:$100K -> $1,000 $120K -> $2,000 $140K-> $3,000 -Strong performers earn $100K-$200Kannually Requirements (Must Have):Minimum 2years experience estimating and selling tree work Ability to independently price jobs without supervision Understanding of production time, equipment, and job scope Strong closing ability and communication skills Important:This is not a training position.Applicants without direct tree estimating experience will not be considered.To Apply:Please include:Your experience estimating tree work Average monthly sales (if applicable) Contact information Evergreen Tree Services Serving the Portland Metro Area Job Type:Full-time Pay:$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location:On the road.
