Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our dealership team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about high-end automotive sales, with a proven track record in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B (business-to-business) transactions. As a key driver of our sales growth, you will leverage your multilingual skills and exceptional communication abilities to build lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in managing a robust sales pipeline, upselling, and utilizing CRM software will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and face-to-face interactions to generate new business opportunities. Develop and nurture a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and maintaining ongoing communication. Conduct high-end automobile sales consultations, emphasizing features, benefits, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and support follow-up activities for increased conversion rates. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to enhance brand visibility. Requirements Proven experience in dealership or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end vehicles. Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques. Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases. Excellent organizational skills for managing a sales pipeline and inventory control processes. Proficiency with CRM software and retail math for accurate calculations and reporting. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and customer service excellence. Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and maintain a proactive approach to lead generation. Experience in automotive sales combined with knowledge of inventory management systems is highly preferred.
