Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Sales Professional at First American, located in Riverside, CA. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, effectively communicating the value of First American’s products and services. Daily tasks include strategizing sales approaches, achieving revenue goals, presenting tailored solutions to client needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Qualifications Strong sales experience, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value propositions effectively Knowledge of real estate, title, escrow, or related industries is highly desirable Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience using CRM tools and familiarity with sales analytics to drive decision-making Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
