Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient processing Prepare and serve drinks as a skilled bartender, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Maintain knowledge of fine dining standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests Experience Proven experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining setting Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong background in food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices within the food industry Previous experience working in nightclubs or hospitality environments is advantageous Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques Host/hostess experience or guest services background is a plus for providing exceptional guest relations Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures Knowledge of OpenTable reservations system is beneficial for managing guest seating efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, thrive in energetic environments, and are eager to grow your career in hospitality!
