Overview We’re looking for experienced servers and bartenders to join a growing, high-volume team. We’re currently on pace for our best year yet and continuing to invest back into the business—upgrades, systems, and the overall guest experience. This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for people who can handle volume, stay sharp under pressure, and take pride in delivering great service. What you can expect: Consistent volume and strong earning potential A loyal, neighborhood-driven customer base A team that moves with purpose and high standards Hands-on ownership—work directly with a father & son duo serious about building something long-term What we’re looking for: Experience serving or bartending in a fast-paced environment Reliability and strong work ethic Attention to detail and urgency Team-first mindset Responsibilities Provide fast, attentive, and professional service to every guest Manage 4-8 tables while maintaining composure and accuracy Build rapport with guests and create a strong neighborhood experience Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages Accurately take orders, enter into POS, and handle payments Communicate clearly with kitchen and team to ensure smooth service Keep sections clean, stocked, and organized at all times Handle high-volume shifts with urgency and attention to detail Upsell food, wine, and cocktails in a natural, guest-focused way Follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures Support teammates and step in where needed during service Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance Location: 1951 W T C Jester Blvd Pay: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Experience: Food service: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Houston, TX 77008 (Required) Work Location: In person
