We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with hands-on experience in residential exterior work who take pride in quality craftsmanship and professionalism. This position involves installing and repairing siding on residential homes while working efficiently with a team to complete projects on schedule. Responsibilities Install vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and other siding materials Measure, cut, and fit siding accurately Remove and replace old siding and exterior materials Install soffit, fascia, trim, and flashing Operate power tools and construction equipment safely Read measurements and follow project plans Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Requirements Previous professional siding installation experience required Knowledge of siding systems, exterior trim, and weatherproofing Ability to use siding brakes, saws, nail guns, ladders, and hand tools Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and with a crew Dependable, punctual, and motivated Valid driver’s license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time work Opportunity to grow with a respected local company Supportive team environment Immediate start available To apply, submit your resume and cover letter here!
