Tea and Coffee House seeking experienced barista. (Must be 21 years or older.) Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm every weekend The Wicked Wolf offers a weekend Tea House experience in an eclectic and elevated cocktail lounge in the Wrigley Neighborhood. We’re looking for an experienced barista to help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for tea and coffee lovers and those who enjoy whimsy in their every day life. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal creations. Prepare afternoon tea sandwiches and trays Alternate workdays in the front, making and serving drinks, with days in the kitchen, prepping ingredients and trays for Afternoon Tea service Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure high-quality standards for drink preparation and presentation. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Work independently during shifts, managing time and tasks effectively. Qualifications: Minimum one year previous barista experience, particularly in constructing specialty drinks. Proficient in latte art Strong knowledge of tea varieties and brewing techniques is a plus. Some food prep experience is a plus. Baking experience a plus.
