Job OverviewJoin our dynamic team as an Expo/Food Runner/Packer, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests.In this vital role, you will ensure timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, assist with food packing for takeout and delivery, and support the overall flow of restaurant operations.Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused environment where every plate counts.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, hospitality, and customer engagement.Duties Expedite food orders from the kitchen to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to guests or designated pickup areas Assist with packing food items securely for takeout, delivery, or catering orders, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation Support servers and kitchen staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and prep areas Handle food handling tasks with care, following proper safety protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage Operate POS systems such as TOAST POS for order processing and payment transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy service periods Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and food safety standards Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety protocols Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting front-of-house operations in hospitality settings Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus Banquet or catering experience can be beneficial but is not required Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in hotel or culinary settings enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest services Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to grow your skills in a lively, guest-centered environment.We're committed to providing paid opportunities that foster your professional development while ensuring a positive experience for every guest you help serve!
