Responsibilities Expedite food orders from the kitchen to ensure timely delivery to guests while maintaining quality standards Assist with food handling and preparation to support kitchen staff in delivering fresh, safe meals Serve guests with enthusiasm, attentiveness, and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Clear tables and bus tables (bussing) to maintain a clean and inviting dining space Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events like banquets Assist in food presentation and plating when needed, contributing to an appealing dining experience Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests Uphold guest services standards by addressing guest inquiries with friendliness and professionalism Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with serving, bussing, and food handling techniques enhances your ability to excel in this role Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Banquet or catering experience is a plus for supporting large events or group dining Kitchen or culinary experience helps in understanding food preparation processes and safety standards Hotel or hospitality background can provide valuable guest service skills Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and engaging positively with guests Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures compliance and promotes a safe dining environment Embark on a lively career path where your passion for hospitality meets exciting opportunities for growth!
