Responsibilities Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to tables or designated areas Assist servers by bussing tables, resetting dining spaces, and supporting guest needs to enhance overall service flow Handle food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing dishes when necessary, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization in food stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; familiarity with serving, bussing, or food handling is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety and quality standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly between kitchen staff and front-of-house team Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods during busy service hours Kitchen or culinary experience, hotel experience, or banquet background highly desirable Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest services and hospitality principles Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a lively career where your energy fuels memorable dining moments!
