Duties Prepare and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining a smooth flow during busy service hours. Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating to support efficient kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Communicate effectively with team members to address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hospitality to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols. Experience with banquet service or hotel food operations is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
