Export Billing clerk

Import/Export Auto Parts- FTZ Warehouse We are seeking a detail oriented to prepare export invoices and documentation.This position also manages scheduling with freight forwarders and ensures all export files are accurate and compliant.This is a hands-on position that involves working with clients and employees.QUALIFICATIONS Able to multi-task Proficiency in MS office such as excel, outlook and word Team player with positive attitude English and Spanish (required) Sage PRO knowledge is a plus High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Good at work with numbers US work authorization (required) RESPONSABILITIES Prepare, verify, and process invoices, packing list and warehouse receipts Communicate with clients in an accurate and timely manner about invoices and shipping instructions Programing pick-ups with freight forwarders and trucking companies providing documentation Create and maintain export files for FTZ compliance Performs clerical duties like filing and scanning Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $19.00 per hour Supplemental Pay:Bonus pay Work Location:In person.
