Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of building exteriors, windows, and other surfaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Safely operate tools such as water-fed poles, filtration tank, ladders, and pressure washers to access high or hard-to-reach areas Maintain a high level of safety awareness by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures during work activities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring all safety measures are in place before starting work Complete detailed service reports, documenting work performed and any issues encountered during the job Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance for each job Experience Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles is highly desirable Experience operating elevated work platforms is a plus Familiarity with outdoor cleaning techniques and equipment will help you excel in this role Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety are essential for success in this position This energetic role offers a chance to build valuable skills in exterior maintenance while earning based on your efforts.If you're motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to provide exceptional exterior cleaning services, we want to hear from you!
