Exterior Motorized Screen Installer (Part-Time / Subcontractor) Elevation Window Designs is looking for an experienced exterior motorized screen installer or two-man install crew to support growing demand in the Castle Rock / Castle Pines / South Denver market. This role is ideal for individuals or crews with experience installing SunPro or similar exterior motorized screen systems, retractable shades, awnings, pergolas, garage doors, or related exterior products. We are looking for reliable, professional, detail-oriented installers who are comfortable working independently in high-end residential homes. Responsibilities Install exterior motorized screens and related products Read and interpret measurements and install specifications Mount tracks, headers, motors, and hardware Troubleshoot install and motorization issues in the field Ensure clean, high-quality finish work Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Maintain organized and safe job sites Requirements Prior experience with SunPro or similar exterior screen systems strongly preferred Construction, finish carpentry, garage door, awning, pergola, or related installation background preferred Comfortable working on ladders and exterior job sites Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to lift 75+ lbs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and communication skills Experience working in high-end residential homes preferred Preferred Qualifications Existing two-man install crew Low-voltage or motorization experience Experience with Somfy or similar motor systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Own install tools and ladders preferred for subcontractors Position Details Part-time or subcontractor opportunity Flexible scheduling based on project volume Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth as company expands Service area primarily includes: Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Lone Tree, and surrounding South Denver suburbs.
