Job Title: Exterior Project Specialist – Roofing Sales Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor, 100% Commission Based Location: KS/MO Region (Field-Based) Earnings: $70,000 – $150,000 OTE Annually Redemption Roofing is one of the fastest-growing storm restoration and home services companies in the Kansas City region. The Role: What You’ll Do Business Development: Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in storm-impacted areas and proactive networking with realtors, insurance agents, and local professionals to build a referral pipeline. Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and siding to document damage and project needs. Client Education: Educate homeowners and business owners on a variety of solutions, whether through insurance claim navigation, retail roof replacement, or offering in-house financing options. Project Management: Manage projects from contract signing through completion, including meeting with insurance adjusters on-site to represent the homeowner's interests. Closing & Collection: Pick up payments for projects, manage final documentation, and close the project out to the customer's total satisfaction. Requirements Compliance & Requirements: As a 1099 Independent Contractor with us, you are responsible for your own business entity and general liability insurance. Structure: Must have an established LLC and EIN (or be willing to obtain one prior to start). Insurance: Must carry a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with General Liability (or be willing to obtain). Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must be able to carry a ladder). Physical: Comfortable with heights and the ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely. Mindset: Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.
