As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and training in various beauty and wellness disciplines. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons on various beauty and wellness topics Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the curriculum Requirements: Proven experience in the lash beauty industry with expertise in lash application, training and teaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively teach and demonstrate techniques to students of varying skill levels Passion for continuous learning and professional development Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
