Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O | Microsoft FABRIC | Manufacturing The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations & Microsoft Fabric Specialist is responsible for designing, supporting, and expanding the organization’s ERP data and analytics ecosystem. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure Dynamics 365 F&O and Microsoft Fabric deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions that support reporting, automation, and future AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & Analytics (Microsoft Fabric) Design and build the Microsoft Fabric data estate, including medallion architecture, data lakes, lake houses, and semantic models. Implement data and analytics strategies to support reporting, automation, and AI use cases. Enable real-time and near–real-time data integration, including PLC and operational data sources. Embed non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, governance, security, compliance, and cost controls with defined service level objectives. Dynamics 365 F&O & Platform Integration Design and implement target architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data and integrated applications. Support data integration across Azure and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Maintain and enhance ERP data pipelines, models, and reporting layers. Support system enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Data Engineering & Modeling Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines. Create and manage data models and semantic layers to ensure accurate, consistent reporting. Optimize SQL Server and Fabric workloads for performance and scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document data requirements. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including its data model. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Fabric Link. Strong experience with SQL Server and ETL development. Experience building data models and semantic layers for analytics. Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders. Proven experience translating requirements into effective system solutions. 3 to 10+ years of experience working in this field Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure data services and analytics architecture. Experience supporting manufacturing or operational data environments. Familiarity with governance, compliance, and performance optimization in enterprise data platforms. EEO.
