Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator 1 (0-2 years) to join their team.As a Facilities Coordinator 1 (0-2 years), you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting operational excellence and team collaboration.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title:Facilities Coordinator 1 (0-2 years) Location:Bala Cynwyd, PA What's the Job? Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of the facilities, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and plumbing Oversee cleaning, landscaping, and security services to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Assist in sourcing and supervising external contractors and service providers, reviewing their work for quality and compliance Maintain facility records, compliance documents, and service contracts to support administrative functions Support the facilities team with clerical duties, including scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking What's Needed? A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in facilities coordination or a related role is advantageous Proven organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work orders What's in it for me?
