Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment Works with CMMS system to create work request, Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections Other duties as assigned What will make you successful? Job Requirements: Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure Must have ability to use precision measuring tools. HVAC a plus Must have troubleshooting ability with facilities equipment. Backup generators/overhead doors/plumbing Experience with roofing, concrete, and some structural facets Must have experience working with vendors Must have good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft office.
