Facilities Manager

DC Fabricators (DCF) is seeking a talented Facilities Manager to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in Florence, NJ. Essential Duties of the Facilities Manager: Lead and manage maintenance personnel across three shifts to ensure continuous facility and equipment support for manufacturing operations. Supervise, train, and manage maintenance personnel including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Plan, schedule, and direct daily work assignments to ensure manufacturing equipment and facilities operate efficiently and cost-effectively. Coordinate and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance activities across facility infrastructure and equipment. Maintain facility records and documentation related to maintenance, inspections, and compliance. Coordinate and manage facility projects including new construction, renovations, repairs, and equipment installations. Initiate and execute projects that improve facility efficiency, safety, and effective use of available space. Provide input and support execution of the annual Capital Expenditure budget. Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure rapid response to facility-related issues. Work closely with Safety and Environmental personnel to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state and local regulations. Coordinate employee safety training and enforce workplace safety policies.
