About The Department The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team creates and maintains work environments that support productivity, collaboration, and innovation across Franklin Templeton’s global offices. The team partners closely with employees, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure facilities operations run smoothly and consistently. How You Will Add Value The Facilities Supervisor - Administrative Operations is responsible for centrally overseeing Facilities Associate administrative functions across a geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring consistent execution of administrative processes, effective workload management, and strong governance while allowing Facility Managers and site leadership to retain ownership of on‑site operational decisions. This position plays a critical role in improving consistency, accountability, and scalability across facilities administrative operations. You will provide centralized leadership and oversight for Facilities Associate administrative activities across all locations. You will standardize administrative processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent execution. You will manage workload prioritization, task allocation, and coverage across sites, including support for locations without on‑site administrative resources. You will lead cross‑training efforts to build flexibility, redundancy, and broader skill coverage within the administrative team. You will serve as the primary point of coordination for administrative support needs across the facilities portfolio. You will partner closely with Facility Managers and Supervisors while respecting site‑level operational ownership. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and administrative service delivery. You will support scalability of facilities operations by enabling growth without proportional increases in administrative headcount. You will conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and development planning. The position is based in the St. Petersburg office and will require occasional travel to other sites in the Southeast Region. Experience & Skills WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of administrative, operations, or facilities support experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role Strong organizational and workload management skills across multiple locations or teams Experience standardizing processes and improving operational consistency Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop staff in a centralized or matrixed environment Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with common administrative systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office platforms Facilities or corporate real estate support experience preferred but not required Ability to balance centralized governance with site‑specific operational needs Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed and evolving environment High attention to detail with a service‑oriented approach Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
