Description:Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Check all areas Check lights in all buildings Blow off walkways Can diagnose, trace and resolve electrical problems.Ability to diagnose problems and implement repairs to pool equipment.Replace water heaters and handle related plumbing projects.Ability to diagnose and implement repairs to refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, glass chillers and related items.Able to diagnose minor HVAC problems and implement repairs; install thermostats and set programming.Can diagnose and implement repairs to commercial ovens electric or gas, fryer units, convection ovens, commercial mixers and other kitchen equipment.Diagnose problems with commercial kitchen appliances and make repairs.Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.Check all roof drains Check drains in gas-meter areas Check gutter drains Check and replace HVAC air filters monthly Keep ledges/exterior of doors clean on all buildings A/C grills and exhaust grills cleaned Any paint projects Empty all exterior trash cans Completes other appropriate tasks assigned by the Clubhouse Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:The ideal candidate will have the following:HVAC knowledge Plumbing knowledge Electrical knowledge Commercial kitchen equipment knowledge General carpentry knowledge Pool maintenance knowledge Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.Frequent repetitive motions.Continuous standing and walking Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.Ability to properly identify and use tools for certain applications Job Type:Full-time.
