Estimated Start Date: Anticipated Location: Southeast - 37820 13th Avenue, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 School Related Personnel (SRP) 245 Days Per Full Time, Benefit Eligible JOB SUMMARY Under limited supervision, responsible for performing custodial and general maintenance work to maintain the overall cleanliness, sanitation, security, safety, and maintenance of the assigned facility, buildings, grounds, and equipment while operating in accordance with prescribed safety precautions and guidelines. This includes making skilled repairs and performing related work as required, to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including district policies and guidelines, and union contracts.
