OverviewJoin our renowned, award-winning artisan cheese company, where we pride ourselves on crafting exceptional cheeses.Responsibilities Attention to detail in food production and cleaning Ability to consistently lift 40lb Ability to follow set time schedule Ability to stand for extended periods of time Operate and monitor food processing equipment to ensure efficient production.Assist in packaging finished products for distribution while ensuring quality control.Work as a team member optimizing production Maintain accurate records of production Communicate / Report any food safety or quality problems to supervisors Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or food processing is preferred Strong communication skills Experience and strong understanding of sanitation practices Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment as needed Consistent attendance is required Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Employee discount On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location:In person.
