Household Operations & Lifestyle Assistant (Private Residence) About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Household Operations & Lifestyle Assistant to support a private household. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and takes pride in creating structure, organization, and ease within the home. This role goes beyond basic assistance—you will play a key part in ensuring the household runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of care. The ideal candidate is dependable, discreet, and naturally takes ownership without needing constant direction. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting day-to-day household operations and maintaining overall organization Coordinating and assisting with travel (packing, logistics, scheduling, on-trip support as needed) Managing vendors and service providers (scheduling, follow-ups, ensuring quality of work) Overseeing small household projects and ensuring completion from start to finish Running errands and handling day-to-day tasks efficiently Assisting with light cleaning, tidying, and maintaining an organized home environment Managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs Creating and maintaining systems to keep the home structured and running smoothly Providing hands-on support during busy periods or travel Working comfortably around pets and helping maintain their care routines as needed Who You Are Highly organized, you naturally create structure and keep things in order Proactive, you see what needs to be done and handle it without being asked Discreet and trustworthy ,you respect privacy and handle sensitive information with care Detail-oriented, you take pride in doing things right, not just quickly Adaptable, you’re comfortable shifting priorities and handling a variety of tasks Calm under pressure, you stay steady even when things get busy Strong communicator, you are clear, professional, and easy to work with Independent, you manage your time well and follow through consistently What Makes You a Great Fit Experience supporting a private household, executive, or high-demand environment Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable traveling and providing support while on the go Experience coordinating vendors, services, or home-related projects Comfortable working in a hands-on role that varies day-to-day Genuine comfort working in a home with pets Why This Role Stands Out This is a trusted position within a private household where your work has a direct impact on daily life.
