Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal counsel, and represent clients in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related legal issues. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to gather case details and provide strategic advice, ensuring that their best interests are represented effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support Expertise in managing Legal Issues and providing strategic counsel in family law matters Experience in drafting and filing Motions related to family law cases Knowledge of conducting Depositions and representing clients during court proceedings Strong written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state of California Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Five years of experience in a family law environment is highly desirable In office Salary: $90k - 190k annually
