📌 Family Law Attorney (Litigation) We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to handle a full range of domestic relations matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. ⚖️ Responsibilities Manage family law cases from intake to resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court appearances Negotiate settlements and manage case strategy Maintain strong client communication throughout matters 🎯 Requirements Prior family law experience Strong litigation and courtroom experience Ability to independently manage cases Experience with divorce, custody, and support matters Strong writing, negotiation, and organizational skills Apply directly or reach out at afrah.idrees@stellartalentllc.com for more information.
