Occupational Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p Urgent Care Clinic Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible and Department of Transportation (DOT). Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks ? Facility Location Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort.
