We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. Position Summary The Family Medicine NP will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working within an integrated healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a provider who values quality patient care, relationship-building, and a supportive clinical environment. Pay: 1099 / Independent Contractor — $75.00 per hour Schedule: Available 2–3 days per week Future Opportunity: Full-time employment may be considered in the future based on business needs and mutual fit Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up visits Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Florida law Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system Collaborate with behavioral health providers and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Florida APRN license Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active DEA license Minimum of 2 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Position Flexible scheduling Outpatient setting only Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity for long-term growth and possible transition into a full-time role Competitive compensation based on experience and schedule availability Pass background screening Why Join Caya Integrated Health?
