Job Description
The selected candidate will work for Stony Brook University's Department of Family, Population and Preventive Medicine as a full-time, patient focused clinician in an ambulatory Patient Centered Medical Home setting that is collegial and team based. Qualifications Required Qualifications: MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) DEA Certification or eligibility Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine New York State Licensed or eligible Graduate of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency Training Program Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years primary care experience Experience working in a patient centered medical home environment Interest in teaching residents and medical students Application Instructions To apply, visit the Stony Brook University website.
