This is a full-time, outpatient primary care role serving patients across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible scheduling options available On-call responsibility: one weekend every 8 weeks (with stipend) Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $190,000 - $230,000 annually (based on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement plan: 403(b) Student Loan Repayment: Eligible up to $75,000 4 weeks of vacation (accrued quarterly in year one; increases in year two) 96 hours personal/sick time 8 paid holidays Malpractice insurance covered Continuing Education: 40 hours Relocation assistance available Responsibilities: Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness education Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes Participate in scheduled on-call rotation (one weekend every 8 weeks) Maintain compliance with clinical quality and documentation standards Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
