Employment Type Full time Shift Description: Nazareth Family Medicine– Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Location: Philadelphia, PA Position Summary Nazareth Family Medicine, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Philadelphia market. This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient setting, strong clinical support, and the ability to build a patient panel within a mission-driven, community-focused health system.
