POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients of all ages Structured and collaborative clinical environment with full support staff Mission-driven healthcare organization emphasizing continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Stable outpatient-only setting designed to support provider balance and autonomy Western Pennsylvania location offering small-town living with convenient Pittsburgh access COMPENSATION Base Salary: $100,000+ based on experience Annual quality and productivity bonus Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Additional compensation available for prior RN experience SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule Standard clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One late clinic day weekly: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages Deliver preventative care and chronic disease management Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary clinical teams Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes ENVIRONMENT Mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization Stable Family Medicine practice environment Team-based collaborative care structure Full clinical support staff provided Community-centered patient population BENEFITS Health insurance with 80% employer-paid coverage Dental and vision insurance 20 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays 5 CME days plus $1,500 annual allowance 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Tuition reimbursement available Malpractice, license renewal, and DEA covered Life insurance and disability coverage Full support staff provided Requirements: Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Ability to work independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED Experienced providers and candidates with strong RN backgrounds encouraged to apply Not ready to formally apply?
